Job summary

East Midlands Chamber (Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire) invites an accomplished Chief Operating Officer to translate ambitious strategy into operational excellence. You will work with the Chief Executive, Board and Senior Leadership Team to deliver value for members, customers and stakeholders.

You will lead multiple functions, cultivate a high-performing culture, oversee performance, governance and financial sustainability, and drive continuous improvement to strengthen the customer

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership experience within a complex organisation.
• Comfortable operating at Board and Executive level.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate ambitious strategy into operational excellence across the organisation.
• Lead multiple business functions through senior leaders to a high-performing culture.
