Job summary

Royal London is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to act as a strategic partner to the Chief Operating Office and SLT. You will shape, report on, and refine COO priorities, turning evidence into actionable insights and decisions.

The role spans operations, technology, data, security, digital, and shared capabilities, with an innovation lens and external partnerships to bring fresh thinking into the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategic planning and working with senior leaders in complex organisations.
• Ability to turn enterprise strategy into functional priorities and roadmaps.
• Experience in executive priority reporting with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end process for shaping and evolving COO/SLT priorities.
• Provide reporting and strategic reviews with insights on progress and risks.
• Partner with SLT to create, refresh and connect functional roadmaps.
• Connect strategic thinking across operations, technology, data, and security.
• Lead COO Strategy Community and engage with external partners to identify opportunities.
