Citi Belfast is seeking a competent Cross-disciplinary Controls professional to join the Wealth COO GAU. You will drive MCA deliverables, maintain risk/control profiles, and coordinate governance artifacts across CRC.

You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle including scoping, risk evaluation, control design, CRM triggers, ORE/issue mapping, and BRCC reporting, working with Control Owners and senior stakeholders within a hybrid UK-based model.

Formación

• Significant experience in operational risk governance, compliance, audit or control-related functions.
• Ability to identify, measure, and manage key risks and controls.
• Strong knowledge in development and execution of controls.
• Experience in financial services risk and control environments.

Responsabilidades

• GAU scoping and profile maintenance across ops processes, JP mappings and entity dependencies.
• Evaluate inherent risks and formulate rationales with likelihood and impact.
• Coordinate control inventory design, CDA/MDA/TDA and OEM/OET activities.
• Monitor CRM triggers and perform impact analyses for GAU leadership.
• Map and review regulatory obligations, OREs and open issues within deadlines.
• Prepare QRR/ARA data packs, logistics, decks and sign-offs within timelines.
