Job summary

Puro Associates in London seeks a Conveyancing Solicitor with thorough residential and/or commercial experience. You will manage freehold and leasehold transactions from enquiry through post-completion, handling sales and purchases, new builds, Help to Buy and shared ownership matters.

The role requires a commercial mindset, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to contribute to a growing team while meeting deadlines in a hybrid working setting.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload and meet deadlines.

Job Overview

A well-established and growing law firm is looking for a qualified solicitor with experience and thorough knowledge of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling freehold and leasehold purchases and sales, new builds, Help to Buy and shared ownership matters. They should be able to demonstrate experience managing transactions from initial enquiry through to post-completion.
