Job summary

Puro Associates seeks a qualified Conveyancing Solicitor to join our London practice. You will handle residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters, including freehold/leasehold purchases and sales, new builds, Help to Buy and shared ownership, managing transactions from enquiry to post-completion.

The role requires a commercial mindset, excellent written and spoken communication, and the ability to contribute to a growing team. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience handling conveyancing matters.
• Proven ability to manage a heavy workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience handling a large caseload.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

Job Overview

A well-established and growing law firm is looking for a qualified solicitor with experience and thorough knowledge of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters. The ideal candidate will have experience handling freehold and leasehold purchases and sales, new builds, Help to Buy and shared ownership matters.
