Puro Associates in London is seeking a qualified conveyancing solicitor with experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters. You will manage freehold and leasehold purchases and sales, handle new builds, Help to Buy, and shared ownership, guiding transactions from enquiry to post-completion.

Candidates should have a commercial mindset, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to contribute positively to a growing team.

Formación

• At least 3 years’ experience handling conveyancing matters.
• Proven ability to manage a heavy workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience handling a large caseload.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage your own caseload.

Salary - Up to £65,000

Job Overview

A well-established and growing law firm is looking for a qualified solicitor with experience and thorough knowledge of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling freehold and leasehold purchases and sales, new builds, Help to Buy and shared ownership matters. They should be able to demonstrate experience managing transactions from initial enquiry through to post-completion.
