Job summary

Simplify, the UK’s leading conveyancing and property services group, is seeking a Sales and Service Advisor to join our warm telesales team in St Ives, Cambridge. You’ll blend customer service with sales, turning conversations into conveyancing outcomes while building trust with home movers.

You will handle warm leads, guide clients through the conveyancing journey, and use multiple systems to keep data accurate.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to reassure, guide, and influence customers.
• Excellent attention to detail and confident use of multiple computer systems.
• A service‑first mindset paired with a natural instinct for spotting and developing sales opportunities.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to pick up on subtle buying signals.
• Rapport-building ability that makes customers feel at ease from the start.
• Persuasive, confident conversational skills and resilience when handling objections.
• Clear, easy‑to‑understand verbal communication and solid written accuracy.
• Positivity, drive, and motivation to achieve targets.
• Experience in customer service or sales (property experience is a bonus, not essential — we’ll train you!).

Responsibilities

• Handle warm leads and sell conveyancing services to customers.
• Guide clients through the conveyancing journey and initiate their journey.
• Deliver a supportive, accurate customer experience.
• Process customer data with strong attention to detail across three systems.
• Maintain a clean, well‑managed pipeline and timely follow‑ups.
• Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Close sales when a customer is ready and confident.
