Job summary

Simplify Group in St Ives, Cambridge, is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Advisor to blend exceptional service with commercial awareness. You’ll guide home movers through the conveyancing journey, leveraging strong listening skills and a natural rapport to introduce Simplify’s services.

As the first friendly expert, you’ll handle data with accuracy, use three systems simultaneously, and nurture sales opportunities with a positive, customer-focused approach.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to reassure, guide, and influence customers.
• Excellent attention to detail and confident use of multiple computer systems.
• A service-first mindset paired with a natural instinct for spotting and developing sales opportunities.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to pick up on subtle buying signals.
• Rapport-building ability that makes customers feel at ease from the start.
• Persuasive, confident conversational skills and resilience when handling objections.
• Clear, easy-to-understand verbal communication and solid written accuracy.
• Positivity, drive, and motivation to achieve targets.
• Experience in customer service or sales (property experience is a bonus, not essential — we’ll train you!).

Responsibilities
