Job summary

Simply Conveyancing Group is seeking passionate conveyancers, legal executives and solicitors with leasehold experience to join our team of property experts. You will manage a sizeable caseload, draft and review key documents, and coordinate with clients, agents, lenders and authorities to drive transactions forward.

We offer remote and hybrid work options (Cardiff & Daventry), a competitive salary (£30,000 to £45,000) plus bonus, and ongoing training to support career progression.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in property / conveyancing law.
• Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage circa 60-65 varied caseload of freehold sales and purchases, and leasehold sales (no purchases).
• Draft and review contracts, deeds and other legal documents, providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the transaction.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, local authorities and other stakeholders to ensure matters progress smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant legislation, regulatory requirements and best practice.
• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with clients and agents, delivering an exceptional service that inspires trust and repeat business.

What You’ll Do

• Manage circa 60-65 varied caseload of freehold sales and purchases, and leasehold sales (no purchases)

What You Bring

• Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or highly experienced in residential conveyancing is a PLUS!
• Solid experience in property / conveyancing law
• Proven experience handling leasehold conveyancing matters
• Good working knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation
• Strong client care skills – we strive to communicate complex legal information clearly
• Ability to manage and prioritise a caseload and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and a risk-aware approach to work
• Competent user of Microsoft Office and case management systems
