Connells Group in Fenham, Newcastle upon Tyne, seeks an Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to deliver exceptional service and drive sales. You will generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and progress deals to exchange, with uncapped commission and career progression.

The role offers industry-leading training and a clear career ladder within a leading property services business, with opportunities across Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency or sales desirable.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent customer care and communication skills.
• Organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Full UK driving licence and access to vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and progress to exchange and completion.
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion and maximizing opportunities for Mortgage Advisor appointments.
