Job summary

Huntress is seeking a Paralegal with a minimum of 6 months' conveyancing experience to join our Leeds-based Securitisation and Property team. You will support solicitors and partners on a busy caseload, progressing transactions from instruction through to completion.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines. A Law degree or equivalent is advantageous; CILEx/LPC experience may help.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' conveyancing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience handling a busy workload and meeting deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and approachable telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Support Solicitors and Partners with a varied portfolio of property transactions.
• Progress files to deadlines and manage allocated tasks.
• Review titles and Land Registry docs; conduct due diligence and searches.
• Liaise with Land Registry, Local Authorities, clients and third parties.
• Provide regular updates to Solicitors and clients on progress.
