Job summary

Ampa is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join the Brighton team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support a busy property department with varied tasks, from drafting sale contracts to handling post-completion administration, while delivering excellent client service in a fast-paced environment.

The role demands a proactive, independent worker with the ability to manage a heavy workload and meet financial targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar Paralegal position.
• Ability to manage workload and know when to request input.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Able to work in a busy team and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Support with a wide range of property work, including drafting sale contracts, submitting stamp duty land tax returns and making Land Registry applications for Residential Property clients.
• Handle post-completion work—Stamp Duty Land Tax payments, registration, mortgage discharge, agents' fees, notices, indemnity policies and Deeds scheduling.
• Attend client meetings and provide progress updates to clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and colleagues across departments.
