We\u2019re working with a well-established law firm in Brighton that\u2019s looking to recruit an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support their busy and successful property team. This is a hands-on, varied role working with a senior fee-earner and regular client contact, contributing to high-quality real estate transactions from start to finish. The firm offers a supportive environment, with opportunities for career development and qualification support.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with all stages of conveyancing transactions, from instruction to post-completion
• Managing and progressing live files under supervision
• Drafting reports on title, mortgages, and searches (with guidance)
• Raising and reviewing enquiries on title and contract packs
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Preparing financial statements and handling administrative post-completion tasks

This role would suit someone proactive and commercially aware, who enjoys working as part of a team and is confident working to deadlines.
