This is a hands-on, varied role working with a senior fee-earner and regular client contact, contributing to high-quality real estate transactions from start to finish. Responsibilities

• Assisting with all stages of conveyancing transactions, from instruction to post-completion
• Managing and progressing live files under supervision
• Drafting reports on title, mortgages, and searches (with guidance)
• Raising and reviewing enquiries on title and contract packs
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Preparing financial statements and handling administrative post-completion tasks
