Harwood Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal/Assistant to join a busy, fast-paced conveyancing team. You will support fee earners on residential property matters and help keep files moving efficiently.

The role offers training within a well-established team, with opportunities for career progression as you gain SDLT and Land Registry exposure, manage deadlines, and liaise with clients, lenders and agents.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months' experience in conveyancing or post completion work.
• Experience or exposure to SDLT and Land Registry processes (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisation and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting SDLT returns.
• Managing Land Registry applications and requisitions.
• Monitoring post completion deadlines and checklists.
• Reviewing completion documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Updating case management systems.
• Liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors and managing agents.
