Job summary

G2legal is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal in Wolverhampton to join the Residential Conveyancing Department. The role is suitable for an experienced paralegal or an NQ solicitor, offering exposure to high-quality residential property matters in a busy, supportive environment.

You will support the team from instruction through to post-completion, liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties to ensure smooth progression and exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a residential conveyancing department.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A professional and client-focused approach.
• The ability to manage a busy workload effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Competent IT skills including Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Assisting solicitors and fee earners with residential conveyancing matters.
• Managing files for sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
• Conducting searches and reviewing title documents.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Handling Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions.
• Maintaining accurate case management records.
• Opening and closing files in accordance with compliance procedures.
• Providing administrative support to the conveyancing department.
• Ensuring excellent client service throughout the transaction process.
