Bespoke Law Services in Haywards Heath is seeking a proactive Paralegal to join our conveyancing team. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion with guidance from experienced Fee Earners, delivering high-quality, client-focused work and progressing matters to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Organised, proactive and committed to delivering excellent client service.
• Experience in conveyancing preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer care and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own conveyancing files with full supervision.
• Acting as main point of contact for clients, estate agents and third parties.
• Drafting legal documents, contracts and correspondence.
• Carrying out Land Registry searches and submitting applications.
• Requesting and reviewing property searches from external providers.
• Progressing files efficiently and in line with deadlines.
• Maintaining accurate records using the firm’s case management system.
• Liaising with Fee Earners for guidance on more complex matters.
