Job summary

Together in Cheadle is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our in-house Securities Team. You will support all stages of the conveyancing process from pre-contract to completion, reviewing and processing loan security documents for our Commercial and Residential loans.

Qualifications

• Prior Conveyance experience
• Strong knowledge of Property titles and Land Registration procedures
• Commercial Property experience
• Legal experience relating to property
• Analytical/problem solving skills
• Effective communications skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organisation skills

Responsibilities

• Review, assess and process title documentation and make recommendations within company SLA's
• Develop an effective working relationship with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the customer's needs are met throughout the journey
• Effectively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure security remains effective in all cases
• Make sure the company security related records are kept up to date
