Job summary

Together is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its in-house Securities Team in Cheadle. You will support all stages of the conveyancing process from pre-contract to completion, reviewing loan security requests from internal and external parties across Commercial and Residential loans.

The ideal candidate has conveyancing and property knowledge with strong communication skills, and will work in office-based role in the Securities Department.

Qualifications

• Prior conveyance experience.
• Strong knowledge of property titles and land registration procedures.
• Commercial property experience.
• Legal experience relating to property.
• Effective communications skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review, assess and process title documentation and make recommendations within company SLA’s.
• Develop an effective working relationship with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the customer’s needs are met throughout the journey.
• Effectively communicate with key stakeholders to ensure security remains effective in all cases.
• Make sure the company security related records are kept up to date.
