Job summary

Flex Legal seeks Conveyancing Paralegals to support our clients' expanding legal operations across Conveyancing, Onboarding and Customer Service teams. Assignments are initially 3-6 months with strong extension potential or permanent opportunities.

Roles involve assisting conveyancers with residential matters, guiding clients through onboarding, and managing high-volume customer inquiries. Remote work is common with London visits for training and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Previous conveyancing experience is preferred.
• KYC checks experience or managing matters end-to-end is beneficial.
• Ability to understand legal files and extract key information.
• Strong verbal and written communication with consumers, especially over the phone.
• Ownership and proactivity in a fast-scaling, tech-led environment.
• Willingness to work in hybrid/remote teams with some London office visits.

Responsibilities

• Support conveyancers with progression of residential matters from instruction to post-completion.
• Assist with KYC checks and regulatory requirements for property transactions.
• Handle Land Registry tasks, AP1 and SDLT forms as needed.
• Review files, identify outstanding actions and keep matters progressing.
• Communicate with clients to provide professional, responsive service under supervision.
