enable Legal Recruitment Specialists is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal for a small, boutique law firm in Hatfield. You will support solicitors and fee earners, handling residential property transactions from instruction to completion while delivering high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a residential conveyancing department.
• Good understanding of the conveyancing process.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with residential property sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Opening files, completing client onboarding and carrying out initial due diligence.
• Preparing and drafting conveyancing documentation.
• Obtaining property searches and assisting with replies to enquiries.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
• Keeping clients updated on the progress of their transactions.
• Monitoring deadlines and helping transactions progress smoothly.
• Assisting with exchange and completion.
• Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.
• Providing general support to the property team as required.
