Job summary

Additional Resources is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its residential conveyancing team. You will manage a varied caseload, handle client transactions and support the smooth running of the conveyancing department.

The role requires prior conveyancing experience across freehold, leasehold, new build and related property matters, plus the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team. Salary £25,000–£35,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Conveyancing Paralegal or similar role.
• Experience across freehold, leasehold, new build, registered and unregistered properties.
• Ability to manage own caseload.
• Familiarity with case management systems and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including freehold, leasehold, new build, registered and unregistered properties.
• Handle day-to-day communication with clients, solicitors, estate agents and developers via telephone, email and meetings.
• Provide initial quotations and set up new client files.
• Prepare and issue draft contract documentation.
• Respond to enquiries relating to property sales.
• Raise enquiries and submit searches for property purchases.
• Prepare purchase reports and completion documentation.
• Support clients with signing requirements and transaction paperwork.
• Manage the exchange of contracts process and related documentation.
• Complete post-completion leasehold requirements and notices.
