Job summary

Signature Law Ltd. in East London is seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal for a full-time role in Romford.

You will support the conveyancing team in progressing cases, drafting client letters and documents, and handling post-completion tasks with accuracy and care. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of conveyancing experience, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume caseloads, including residential searches.

Qualifications

• 1 year conveyancing experience required.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/Outlook and case management systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Conveyancing Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving clients and a desire to expand his or her knowledge of Conveyancing. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with outstanding communication and analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be responsible for assisting members of the Conveyancing departments in furthering cases.
• Strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Case Management Systems
• Will have excellent communication and drafting skills
• Experience in working under pressure and on a high volume of cases
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and with other legal professionals
• Have experience in drafting client care letters/forms/contracts
• Experience in post-completion
• Have knowledge and experience in carrying out searches in residential conveyancing
• Fluency in one or more additional languages (other than English) is a plus
