Level: 6-12 months experience within either commercial or residential property

Location: Welwyn Garden City

We are currently recruiting for a reputable law firm based in Hertfordshire to join their team as a Conveyancing Paralegal.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of conveyancing experience in residential or commercial sectors and are eager to progress and develop their careers.

Typical duties include:

1. Handling residential conveyancing transactions from instructions to post-completion.
2. Managing leasehold matters, including extensions and right to manage claims.
3. Preparing legal documents, drafting correspondence, and assisting with communications.
4. Conducting legal research.

Candidate requirements:

1. Minimum 6 months experience in residential or commercial conveyancing.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. High attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
