My client is recruiting for experienced Private Client Solicitors, Legal Executives or Paralegals to join their team on a fully remote basis.

The firm has acquired several businesses over recent years, becoming one of the UK's largest probate providers. This growth allows them to offer a fast-track route for fee-earners to become Salaried Directors within three years, simply by achieving targets over three non-consecutive years.

The Team

Due to expansion, they are recruiting an experienced and highly skilled Private Client Lawyer to join the department.

The team works cohesively but with autonomy, allowing lawyers to manage and develop their caseloads and build client relationships. Many team members are STEP members, and everyone shares expertise, knowledge, and experience to support each other.

The Role

You will manage an existing caseload of diverse Private Client work, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, Inheritance Tax Planning, and Trusts.

There are ample opportunities to grow and develop your work. You will be encouraged and supported to build relationships with other departments and external referrers. Additionally, you may have the opportunity to mentor junior team members.
