Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant looking for a role where you can build on your residential property experience and become an integral part of a busy and supportive conveyancing team?
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Yorkshire law firm looking to strengthen its Residential Conveyancing department with the appointment of a Conveyancing Paralegal.
You'll work alongside experienced conveyancing professionals, providing hands-on support across a varied range of residential property transactions. This is an opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience within an established team while playing an important role in delivering an excellent service to clients.
Your role will involve supporting residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion. Depending on your experience, your responsibilities will include:
You'll ideally have previous experience working within residential conveyancing, whether as a Conveyancing Paralegal, Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Assistant or in another property-related legal role.
You should have a good understanding of the conveyancing process, together with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
You'll regularly communicate with clients and other professionals involved in property transactions, so you'll need to be approachable, confident and able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
Experience within a law firm or conveyancing environment would be highly advantageous, along with the ability to manage priorities and work effectively as part of a busy team.
