TSR Legal is pleased to be working with a well-established law firm, who are looking for a Conveyancing Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join their successful property team in Cardiff.

Applications are encouraged from candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience working within a Residential Property department, as you will be responsible for supporting a Senior Conveyancer on complex matters.

Responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing and drafting legal documents related to property transactions.
2. Managing and organising case files.
3. Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other relevant parties throughout the process.
4. Resolving issues to ensure excellent client service is delivered.
