The Opportunity: Conveyancing Paralegal – Start ASAP

Join our dynamic growing Conveyancing department working full time in our Hereford office. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual seeking a challenging yet rewarding role who has a passion for conveyancing and is seeking to progress in this field. Full-time position (35 hours/week), Monday to Thursday 9 am to 5 pm, and Friday 8.30 am to 4 pm.

Responsibilities:

·Assisting in the Conveyancing department, taking initial calls from new clients.

·Liaising with clients, lenders and third parties.

·To assist fee earners in dealing with their cases, to include documentation preparation, and drafting statements.

·Updating case management and lender systems.

·To use the correct office systems and procedures in order to manage cases.

·To keep yourself technically up to date by training and research.

·Ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience.

  • Law degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with case management systems.
  • High level of written English and organisational skills.
  • "Can do attitude" with initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT skills.
  • Commitment to high standards of client care.
  • LPC completion.
  • Previous experience in Conveyancing or legal settings.
  • Experienced in managing own Conveyancing cases.
