Job summary

Law Staff is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Lawyer to join our firm. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion, providing expert advice and handling due diligence and contract reviews.

The role expects strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in conveyancing software. Office-based with probationary flexibility and a bonus structure offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified as Solicitor in England & Wales or equivalent.
• 2–8 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using conveyancing software and other legal technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on conveyancing matters.
• Conduct due diligence, searches, title checks and contract reviews.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.
• Prepare and draft legal documents and correspondence.
• Maintain records of transactions and communications.
• Mentoring junior fee earners would be beneficial.
