• Take full ownership of residential property transactions, from initial instruction through to successful completion
• Conduct thorough title reviews and efficiently address any issues, ensuring the smooth progression of transactions
• Provide clear, expert advice to clients on mortgage offers and government-backed schemes
• Handle complex leasehold and shared ownership transactions
• Liaise effectively with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure a seamless process and timely progress
