Job summary

Law Staff Limited client, a respected private practice, is seeking a Conveyancing Fee Earner (Solicitor, CLC, or Legal Executive) to join its expanding team on a hybrid working basis.

You will run a full caseload including sale/purchase (leasehold and new build), remortgage, and equity release matters, while mentoring a Paralegal and Trainee within an established Legal 500-ranked environment.

Qualifications

• Experience handling sale and purchase matters (including leasehold & new build).
• Experience with remortgages and equity release.
• Ability to guide paralegal and trainee.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload as Conveyancing Fee Earner.
• Supervise Paralegal and Trainee in the team.
• Work with established client base on a range of conveyancing matters.
