Law Staff Ltd is assisting a leading private practice (Legal 500-ranked) in Northampton to recruit a Conveyancing Fee Earner (Solicitor, CLC, or Legal Executive). The role supports hybrid working, private health cover, life assurance, and a generous holiday allowance as part of an excellent benefits package.

The successful candidate will run a full conveyancing caseload, mentoring a Paralegal and Trainee, and contribute to a high-quality client base within an established team.

Qualifications

• Conveyancing experience in private practice.
• Ability to manage a caseload and supervise a Paralegal and Trainee.

Responsibilities

• Run a fully caseload of conveyancing matters.
• Guide and supervise Paralegal and Trainee solicitor support.
• Handle sale and purchase, remortgage, equity release, and transfer of equity as part of the practice.
