Law Staff Ltd is partnering with a private practice to recruit a Conveyancing Fee Earner (Solicitor, CLC, or Legal Executive) for a growing team. The role focuses on sale/purchase, remortgage, equity release and transfer of equity within a well-regarded firm.

The successful candidate will manage a full caseload and mentor a Paralegal and Trainee, with hybrid working and a strong benefits package including health cover and life assurance.

Qualifications

• Conveyancing Fee Earner with a professional qualification (Solicitor, CLC, or Legal Executive)
• Experience handling sale and purchase, remortgage, equity release, and transfer of equity
• Ability to run a full caseload and mentor junior team members

Responsibilities

• Run a fully caseload of conveyancing matters for clients
• Guide and supervise Paralegal and Trainee within the team
• Collaborate with other Legal 500 ranked teams to ensure seamless service
