Job summary

GMP Recruitment Agency Limited is recruiting a Conveyancing Executive for a Cheltenham-based Residential Property team. The role supports freehold and leasehold transactions and requires at least two years of conveyancing experience.

You will prepare contracts, manage files, and liaise with clients and agents to ensure smooth progress. The successful candidate will work closely with solicitors and conveyancers in a collaborative environment and can start immediately.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience supporting a residential conveyancing team.
• Solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process from instruction through to post-completion.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and client care skills.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Preparing contract packs and legal documentation.
• Managing files from instruction through to completion under supervision.
• Carrying out searches and Land Registry applications.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors.
• Preparing completion statements and supporting post-completion work.
• Maintaining accurate case management records and ensuring regulatory compliance.
