Job summary

GMP Recruitment Agency Limited is recruiting a Conveyancing Executive for a Cheltenham-based residential property team on a full-time, permanent contract. The role requires at least two years' conveyancing experience and offers an immediate start if possible.

You will work alongside solicitors and conveyancers to ensure smooth progress of residential property transactions while delivering excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in a residential conveyancing team.
• Solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Prepare contract packs and legal documentation.
• Manage files from instruction through to completion under supervision.
• Carry out searches and Land Registry applications.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors.
• Prepare completion statements and support post-completion work.

Conveyancing Executive 2 Years Experience

Cheltenham Office Based Up to 30,000 DOE

GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are proud to be supporting a highly respected Cheltenham based law firm recruiting a Conveyancing Executive to join their busy and supportive Residential Property team on a full time, permanent contract.

An immediate start can be available.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least two years' experience supporting a conveyancing team who is looking to develop their career within a collaborative and professional environment. Applications are welcomed from candidates at all levels of experience beyond this, provided they have a solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process.

Working alongside experienced solicitors and conveyancers, you will play a key role in ensuring residential property transactions progress efficiently while delivering an exceptional level of client service.

The Role:

• Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Preparing contract packs and legal documentation
• Managing files from instruction through to completion under supervision
• Carrying out searches and Land Registry applications
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
• Preparing completion statements and supporting post-completion workMaintaining accurate case management records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

• Have a minimum of two years' experience supporting a residential conveyancing team
• Possess a good understanding of the residential conveyancing process from instruction through to post-completion
• Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Have strong communication and client care skills
• Be confident managing a busy workload and prioritising tasks effectively
• Have experience using case management systems (desirable but not essential)
• Be proactive, adaptable and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
