Fidler & Pepper Ltd in Mansfield is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to support our residential property team. You will help manage caseloads from instruction through to completion, working alongside Legal Advisors and Conveyancing Executives to deliver exceptional client service.

Based at Beech House in Mansfield town centre, the role offers a friendly, collaborative environment, 35-hour weeks, and opportunities for development within a long-standing, community-focused firm.

Qualifications

• Conveyancing assistance experience required.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Clear communication and client-focused approach.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support residential property teams with day-to-day file management.
• Set up client files for completion and assist with the completion process.
• Handle transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Assist with Exchange of Contracts and liaise with clients and solicitors.
• Provide updates and guidance to clients and manage correspondence.
