The Job:
We are pleased to assist our client in recruiting a Conveyancing Assistant based in their Bristol office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your conveyancing skills within a dynamic and supportive environment. You will provide essential support to the residential conveyancing team, assisting with caseload management and administrative tasks.
In this position, you will support the conveyancing team by handling administrative duties, liaising closely with conveyancers and legal administrators to ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include preparing and collating letters and enclosures, managing deadlines, and undertaking post-completion tasks as your role progresses. You will communicate with clients, stakeholders, and third parties, responding promptly to correspondence, calls, and emails.
