The Role:
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will work closely with fee earners, supporting the Residential Property and New Homes team. Key duties include: * Managing administrative tasks and file management.
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
* Liaising with clients, developers, and agents.
* Handling billing processes and online portal management.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in residential conveyancing or property sectors (new build experience advantageous).
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
