Position: Conveyancing Onboarding and Office Administrator

Location: Castle Cary, Somerset

Work Hours: 9:00 am - 5:15 pm, Monday-Friday (Flexibility available)

Salary: Starting from £23,015.85

Salary bandings dependent on experience

Position

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Conveyancing Onboarding Administrator to join our team in Castle Cary. Our team includes professionals from newly qualified to over 50 years of experience, supported by highly skilled staff.

In this role, you will assist with onboarding new clients, including collecting ID documents and managing files. You will also handle office administration tasks such as managing post, petty cash, and greeting clients.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Handling inbound calls and emails from clients regarding quotes and inquiries, acting as the first point of contact
  2. Allocating tasks within the team
  3. Providing basic advice to clients
  4. Completing administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Proficient in administrative tasks

  • No previous experience required; understanding of property laws is advantageous
