Qualifications

• 1–3 years fee-earning experience in residential conveyancing
• Ability to run own files and client matters independently
• Strong communication with clients and professionals

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of residential sales and purchases
• Handle freehold and leasehold transactions
• Guide files from instruction through to completion
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
• Draft and review contracts, title documents and conveyancing paperwork
• Identify and resolve issues as they arise
• Maintain clear, practical advice and strong client relationships
• Ensure transactions progress efficiently and to a high standard
