NRG Resourcing recruits on behalf of a specialist property practice to hire a Conveyancer (Buy-to-Let) on a hybrid basis in the UK.

You will manage buy-to-let and residential conveyancing matters, liaising with landlords, investors and lenders, with a focus on quality, efficiency and client service.

We're recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded specialist property law firm with an established reputation in the buy-to-let, landlord and lender markets. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join a growing team that values communication, efficiency and client service, whilst offering manageable caseloads and genuine flexibility.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of buy-to-let and residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working closely with landlords, investors, lenders and introducers.

The role offers exposure to a variety of transactions including purchases, sales, remortgages, refinancing, bridging finance and development-related matters.
