Law Staff Ltd is supporting a Legal 500 client in Bedford in finding a Hybrid 5+ years PQE Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a growing national residential team.

You will manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion, perform property searches, review contracts, and provide clear guidance to clients, estate agents, and lenders in a collaborative environment. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage end-to-end property transactions.
• Experience advising clients and third parties through complex registrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Carry out property searches and review contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide clear legal advice and guidance to clients, keeping them informed throughout the transaction.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
• Prepare and submit applications to the Land Registry and manage documentation.
• Ensure all transactions adhere to legislation and industry best practices.
• Stay up to date with property law developments and regulatory changes.
