Job summary

Synergy Personnel Services is recruiting a Conveyancer for a Leicester-based role with a well-established high street law firm. You will manage a busy residential property caseload from instruction to completion, handling freehold/leasehold sales, transfers of equity, remortgages and new build transactions.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' residential conveyancing experience, excellent communication, and can work independently.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently.
• Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Process transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
• Manage shared ownership and new build transactions.
• Collaborate with clients, estate agents and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.

We’re working with a well-established High Street law firm that has a strong reputation for personal, approachable service and longstanding local clientele. They are now looking to expand their team with an experienced Conveyancer who can manage a busy caseload from instruction to completion.

The Role:

You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of residential property matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• Shared ownership and new build transactions

You will work closely with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals, ensuring excellent service throughout the transaction.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer preferred – although qualified by experience will be considered
