Job summary

Synergy Personnel Services in Lutterworth is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join a reputable law firm handling residential conveyancing matters. You will manage sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, liaise with clients and third parties, conduct property searches, and provide compliant legal advice throughout the conveyancing process.

The role requires prior conveyancing experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in LEAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Conveyancer in a reputable law firm.
• Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
• Proficiency in LEAP and MS Office.
