Job summary

Clayton Recruitment Limited is seeking an ambitious Conveyancer or Conveyancing Solicitor to join the expanding property team. You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, delivering exceptional client service throughout the transaction.

You will also mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the department's growth within a firm investing in its future, offering genuine career progression and a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
• Confident handling of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced non-qualified Conveyancer.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Support and mentor junior members of the team to develop the next generation of conveyancing professionals.

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing an exceptional service to clients throughout the transaction. Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities, you'll also support and mentor junior members of the team, helping to develop the next generation of conveyancing professionals.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
• Is confident handling a broad range of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Enjoys working collaboratively and mentoring junior colleagues.
• Is organised, proactive and committed to delivering excellent client service.
• Is a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or an experienced non-qualified Conveyancer.
