G2 Legal Limited in Wellingborough is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its residential property team. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction to completion and handle a mix of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

You will mentor two Paralegals, uphold high client service standards, and contribute to a collaborative, long‑term career with a firm that values its people.

Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancer to join its residential property team in Wellingborough.

The Opportunity

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad mix of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Alongside managing your own files, as the successful Conveyancer you will play an important role within the wider team, providing day‑to‑day guidance and support to two Paralegals while helping to maintain high standards of client care and service delivery.

This position would suit an experienced Conveyancer who enjoys building client relationships, takes pride in delivering excellent service and is looking for a role where they can contribute to the development of others.
