Origin Legal in the United Kingdom is seeking a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join our leading residential property team and handle complex transactions for a diverse client base.

You will manage residential conveyancing from start to finish, maintain client contact, train juniors on SDLT and Land Registry, and liaise with agents and brokers to progress files in a collegiate environment.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer as required for the role.
• Experience handling residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
• Strong client communication and ability to provide clear updates throughout transactions.
• Ability to mentor junior staff on SDLT, HMRC, Land Registry processes and property searches.
