A leading law firm in Bradford is looking to appoint an experiencedSenior Conveyancerto join its established property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer who is looking to work in aquality-focused, non-volume environment, with the opportunity to take ownership of a varied and interesting caseload.

You will manage your own full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Title checks and reviewing title documentation
• Raising and responding to enquiries
• Preparing and reviewing contracts
• Liaising with clients, lenders, agents and other solicitors
• Managing transactions through to exchange and completion
• Providing a high level of client care throughout the process

This isnot a high-volume conveyancing role. The firm places an emphasis on quality, attention to detail and providing an excellent service to clients.

The successful candidate will be an experienced conveyancer with the confidence and technical ability to manage a caseload independently.

You will have:

• Strong experience handling residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
• Experience across both freehold and leasehold transactions
• A thorough understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detailExcellent communication and client-care skills
