You will manage a busy caseload of residential property transactions, delivering high-quality service for a loyal client base with a supportive, forward-thinking ethos.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner with solid residential conveyancing experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of approximately 40 residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
• Handle all aspects of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Maintain exceptional client care standards and build strong relationships with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures.
