Job Description:

I’m delighted to be exclusively representing a great client of ours, a rapidly growing, specialist digital e-learning platform, in their recruitment for a new Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist. This role is suitable for someone who has experience as a CRO Specialist or In-App Marketing Specialist.

What you’ll be doing

The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and Director of Operations, along with the agency they use for digital marketing and selected freelancers. Our client already has a satisfactory user base of approximately 65,000 users per month and a steady stream of new users. The main goal is to convert existing free users to a premium version through testing within the platform, email, and WhatsApp marketing. The role is analytical, requiring continual testing and innovation to optimize campaigns for the highest conversion rates and ROI. The candidate will also analyze user behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys. Additionally, they will coordinate support for two new products—one launching in China for education providers, and another used by English language schools to support students and teachers digitally.

What experience you’ll need to apply

  • Previous experience in a conversion optimization or in-app marketing role.
  • A self-motivated team player with a hands-on approach, comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Data-driven with a passion for improving acquisition, onboarding, growth, and engagement funnels.
  • Growth mindset, eager to test, learn, and iterate quickly, with strong analytical skills including A/B testing and web & app metrics.

What you’ll get in return for your experience

A salary of £45-55k plus performance-related bonus. The role is fully remote.
