ABOUT CONVERSION

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a leader to develop and execute experimentation strategies across 3-5 client accounts, working with the team to deliver insights, test ideation, execution, and analysis, supported by project management and delivery teams.

PRIMARY PURPOSE

To provide expert advice and strategic direction to help clients achieve their testing and experimentation goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage comprehensive testing strategies to deliver long-term results and enhance clients' testing capabilities.
• Identify conversion issues through research and data analysis.
• Create data-backed hypotheses and collaborate with UX designers to develop effective solutions.
• Analyze and report on experiment results, iterating on concepts to refine strategies.
• Prioritize insights and strategies that align with client goals and ROI.
• Lead and maintain strong relationships with 3-5 clients, guiding their testing programs.
• Ensure client success, measured by win rate and NPS.
• Mentor and support trainee and associate consultants on client projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams for strategy feedback and brainstorming.

SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contribute to sales and marketing efforts through research and content creation.
• Participate in client meetings and pitches as needed.
• Deliver training sessions for trainee consultants and assess their performance.
